SCM’s Photo Image film the key to creating Laser Precision detail. 10 sheets. (10" x 12" size) of 3 mil thick Photo Image film are included in your system. The nice feature with the Photo Image film is the film size that is used will be the same size as your design for the project so there is no wasted film. You will have plenty of film for many different projects.

TRIGGER JET SPRAYER
The trigger jet provides a unique opportunity for the Photo Image user to effectively wash out and create your images after exposure. The trigger jet uses ordinary water. The complete process is environmentally safe. No more hand-washing, the trigger jet allows you to create extremely detailed stencils in minutes.
APPLICATION ADHESIVE
This specially formulated Photo Image application adhesive adheres the stencil to your surface. This adhesive uniquely allows the abrasive to go through hit and is water soluble.

VELLUM
This vellum allows the exposure of light to transmit the black and white artwork to the film, other paper prohibits the light. This combined with the Photo Image Film allows for Laser Precision Detail.

COMPLETE PRESSURE POT ASSEMBLY
This portable system is the heart of the Jet Stream! This system is designed for laser precision detail. It is perfect for gift items, glass ware, frames, metal knives, multi-stage, jewelry, ornaments, light surface etching on stone and much more. Although this system is very powerful, it is not a deep carving machine. This unit requires very little masking off of your projects. It is the perfect machine for creating designs on car, trucks, and motorcycles. The pressure pot holds 5 pounds of abrasive material. It has an easy top fill port, a self-contained regulator to adjust your jet stream pressure, and also an automatic moisture trap which will remove unwanted moisture from your airline automatically.

JET STREAM CABINET
You can stand or sit comfortably with the Jet Stream One cabinet. This cabinet is large enough for production and small enough to be portable. This lightweight, yet strong, portable cabinet contains the dust while etching. The cabinet has a large sandblasting area. It comes with a pair of durable rubber gloves to comfortably control the objects being sandblasted. The cabinet contains a large viewing window and lighting. The Jet Stream Blaster cabinet opens at the front to make it easier to remove and add items. The cabinet is made of a HDPE material for durabilityInside work space: 24" x 17" x 17"
Note: Unit Requires at least a 3/4 hp air compressor to operate at 1 CFM per min. We recommend a 4 gallon tank or larger compressor. Our engraving compressor is a perfect fit for the Jet Stream One.
