HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Domestic: Orders that are shipped within the United States will be shipped by either USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. USPS normally arrives within 1-5 business days, and UPS takes approximately the same. You may request faster delivery for an additional charge.
International: All international orders will be shipped by USPS and may take 10+ days to arrive. Please note that international orders need to pass through customs in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which could cause a delay
Please note that shipping delays will occur if you provide an incorrect address at checkout. If your package is returned to us due to a shipping error, we’ll reach out to you via your email address provided from your order. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we reserve the right to refund your order minus shipping and restocking fees.
HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most carriers can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of your shipment.

Most likely yes! We ship to nearly every country in the world. To find out the shipping cost for an order please email email@example.com with the subject line “International Order” and let us know the item number, quantity, size, and description of what items you would like to order and we can give you a quote for your order.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in delivery please contact us immediately at 1-800-755-0261. In the case of a damaged package, make sure to take pictures of the package before unboxing and save the packaging after opening.
If a shortage in a shipment or incorrect merchandise is found in your shipment, contact your SCM salesperson within five days of your receipt of the order so that proper credit may be given. Please have your invoice number and invoice ship date ready.
We will back order (BO) items temporarily out of stock for up to 30 days. We will notify you if your order will be delayed.
We have a 15 day return policy on systems and equipment with a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping charge. The customer is required to pay the shipping on these returned items. The returned products must be unopened and unused and packaged in the original packages. Any damage to the product which occurs during the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
No returns on videos, artwork, or bits.
NOTE:We do not accept any returns for any reason after a 30 day period. Merchandise returned without proper authorization will not be accepted.
